Cleveland Land Services is a small, full service Land Surveying business
serving all of Northeast Georgia.
We specialize in boundary, topographic and ALTA surveys, as well as property divisions,
property line disputes and expert witness testimony. We serve a narrow market, including Property Owners, the Real Estate
Industry, Banks and Builders.
We are unique in our field because you're dealing directly with the Professional
Land Surveyor from start to finish on all phases of your survey. I personally do all of my own fieldwork, legal research,
computations and computer aided drafting to provide you with accurate, complete and timely Land Surveying services.
